HANDLING TIMES

As per our shipping in handling terms we adhere to a 1-day handling period as a policy. If an item is purchased early enough during the business day, then prompt shipping may be possible. If past standard midday shipping, then the following day the item will be given to the shipping courier. We resolve to use the most economical means of shipping depending on the size and weight of the package. Sometimes this means using USPS, UPS, and FedEx for deliveries. On rare occasions an item may be drop shipped and the companies courier may be used. In the event that a package is damaged, it is required to contact us within 24 hours of the package delivered. We will then proceed to work with the shipping company to recoup any damages incurred on behalf of the buyer. It is imperative to provide good pictures and description of the damage.
